I received an e-mail about a special promotion, but when I log into my account the prices are not discounted. What can I do?

Every e-mail with a special promotion contains a “Redeem discount” button.

Please note: You can only redeem the discount if you click on the “Redeem discount” button in the e-mail. You will then be taken directly to the payment page, where you will see the price and the discount.

To redeem the discount, proceed as follows:

1. Log in to Tutor24.
2. Go to your e-mail inbox and click on “Redeem discount” in the e-mail you received from us. This will take you directly to the payment page in your Tutor24 account. You should now be able to see all the prices, including discounts.
3. Click on your desired pricing plan.
4. Choose your payment method and complete the payment.
