Where can I see sent or archived messages as a student?

You can view your sent and archived messages at any time in your personal message area. To do this, proceed as follows:

  1. Log in to Tutor24.
  2. Go to “Messages”.
  3. Depending on which view you are using, you will find all your sent or archived messages here, depending on what you want to see:
    • On a smartphone or tablet 📱: Tap on the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner and select “Sent” or “Archived”.
    • On a computer or laptop 💻: Click on the “Sent” or “Archived” button.

Please note: Archived messages can be retrieved from the inbox at any time by restoring the message. Archived messages are deleted after one year.
