What is the satisfaction guarantee and when can I make a claim under it?

With Tutor24, private individuals and companies can find their perfect tutor for any subject. We believe that everyone should be able to do this quickly and easily.

That’s why we offer a satisfaction guarantee for premium members: We will refund your premium membership fee if you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days after the start of your premium membership, e.g. if

  • you couldn’t make contact with a tutor,
  • you couldn’t find a tutor who would fit your needs,
  • our platform is not for you after all, or
  • you are dissatisfied for some other reason.

How to make use of the guarantee

Within the first 14 days after the start of your premium membership, contact our support team via our contact form and tell us the reason why you are dissatisfied. This information will help us further improve our site and our service.

Afterwards, you will be refunded the fee for your premium membership💸 via the original payment method used 💳. No ifs, no buts.

Important note:

If you have any questions about refunds, please contact our customer support directly. This will allow us to process your satisfaction guarantee quickly and easily. A chargeback and notification via the payment provider (payment dispute) usually delays the process significantly, as the amount is blocked during the often lengthy processing time – we cannot initiate a refund during this time.
