Hello!

My name is Polina. I am a 12th grade student studying in an international school in Switzerland. I chose the IB - a worldwide, education program founded to hold the opportunity to study abroad. As my high level subjects, I have chosen geography, German, and economics, for my standard level subjects, I have chosen English, math, and biology. I am a passionate student who love’s the depth and breath of my subjects.

About my sessions:

I understand that every learner requires a different teaching method. In the initial meeting, I would always talk to my student about what method they prefer. Since personally, I often find amounts of work and what I need to learn terrifying and large, I like to break things down to step by step tasks so it looks more achievable. This is the method I bring to my teaching. As a teacher, I would request a clear work plan too! I will always try to make my lessons as interactive and energised as possible, but I would ask for the student to interact to the most as well. I like learning new information outside of my comfort zone and will try to make sure the student does too!
