Dear student,

If you are reading this, you are probably having some trouble with English, or you are looking forward to learning more than what your school is offering.

Well, I could be of great help! Let me present myself: My name is Luana, and I am working as English teacher since 2011. I have worked in social projects, private schools, public schools, and taught both children and adults.

I also have worked as a private teacher in multiple contexts: I helped the ones with difficulties, the ones who wanted to travel to an English-speaking country, and also the one who were just curious about learning a new language.

Furthermore, I am a linguist myself, studied literature and language teaching in my bachelor's, and now I am almost finishing my master's degree in language and communication. Second language learning is my specialization.

I know that experience and academic formation make a great scientist, but to be a great teacher a bit more is needed, therefore here are some of my best soft skills:

1. I am really creative: My classes are interactive and dynamic, boredom is not allowed around me.

2. I am communicative: there will be no awkward silence between us, I can talk about different topics: from K-Pop to politics.

3. I am open-minded: No judgements coming from this side of the coin, be free to be yourself with me.

4. I am punctual and organized: If the world does not turn upside down, I will not be late for our class, and I probably will not cancel as well, so be prepared to attend. Always.

5. I try to be funny, but it does not mean I am not professional: I take my job seriously, and I expect the same from you.

In a nutshell: I am here to help, with an open heart and mind, with all my knowledge and experience.
