Soon after my graduation from high school, as a female participant with a

third prize in national physics olympiad in Iran, I was offered from my own high school to teach problem-solving techniques to volunteer students in order to prepare them for the national Olympiads, to share my knowledge and experience. I was very excited about it and soon I was able to use an effective method to share my experience and knowledge to them and build up their confidence. Since then I taught in more than five schools and have had quite a few private students, not only for high-level physics for Olympiads but also for school physics, middle school physics and mathematics and college students. During my bachelor’s studies in physics at Sharif university of technology in

Tehran, I was a teaching assistant in the course Analytical mechanics. I also had a few private students from different majors who were struggling with their physics courses at the university.

I believe one thing that helped me a lot to be a ’good teacher’ is the fact that my passion is to make my students understand the subject by heart and know everything behind a problem, not only a single example. This approach has always made them enthusiastic and as a result, improved their level. I have not stopped teaching after pursuing my mater-1 studies in theoretical Physics at Sorbonne and Diderot University in Paris and now in Zurich, which I am studying a thesis-based master in Astrophysics. Currently, I am a teaching assistant for course Physics laboratory at university of zurich and I have a few private students whom I teach online.
